ROCO is used by sites that run autonomous robots and vehicles. Accounts are created by your organisation.

Email [email protected]. We answer on working days, Belgian time.

To help us answer quickly, include:

  • your site and the email address you sign in with;
  • web or phone, and for the phone the app version (Settings);
  • what you did, what you expected, and a screenshot if you can.

Common questions

I can't sign in, or I need an account. Ask your site's ROCO administrator; they create and remove accounts. If you don't know who that is, email us.

I don't get alerts on my phone. Check that notifications for ROCO are on in your phone's Settings, and that you are signed in.

I want my account closed or my data removed. Ask your administrator, or email us. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
